In the last 18 years I have used them for repairs, MOT, Servicing & Tyres. They offer a very handy car collection and return service if you give them enough notice and can wait for a day to get work done.
Their prices are very competitive and I have never had reason to complain.
I have had numerous vehicles in that time including a Saab, several Honda's, Citroen AX, Mini Roadster and Hatchback, Peugeot Gti and quite a few others. All dealt with superbly!
Just had MOT done on Mini Hatchback (passed) & just booked MOT & Tyres for Mini Roadster hopefully will pass too!

Edit: They are now looking after my mid life crisis purchase.. Peugeot 405 MI16 which is a nightmare to get parts for. They are very enthusiastic in looking after it even though it's a complete pain!! 🙂

Great service provided by Andy and Aidan and all the staff there.Kept us updated step by step on the rebuilding of my wifes vauxhall cascada drivers side window replacement for the motor and regulator that had got severly damaged and written off by water leakage rusting it all up.Found it pretty hard to source the parts needed and very expensive through vauxhall.But these guys after finding the parts kept the cost low and did a great job getting everything working again all 4 windows and the roof which had all failed to work due to the water leakage and rusted parts issue.Thanks guys.Keep up the great job and standards you have built up and have a great christmas and new year.See you on the 29th for a full service and mot on my vauxhall mokka x.Thank you.

I’ve only ever had bad experiences with mechanics, I hate going to them and dread when things go wrong with my car.
The past few months I’ve really been through it with the car, being rear ended, the car being written off by an incompetent mechanic through my insurers and then the write off status being reversed and the car repaired. Four days later to break down on me anyway!
Jackson Phillips were the unfortunate guys I called to help with the final hurdle. And they were nothing but delightful, helpful, kind and did not push or pressure me in anyway. They were happy (at least they appeared happy!) to wait for the dealership to confirm they would pay for the repairs. They were understanding when the dealership tried to fob me off for a week! And the best of all, non of their staff were condescending toward me, a big issue I’ve always seen as a woman without a trusted mechanic!
Thanks so much to all the team at Jackson Phillips and I’ll definitely be going back the next time something inevitably goes wrong!
I also feel like a lot of mechanics are just out trying to make money out of any situation, but Jackson Phillips actually charged me quite a bit less than originally quoted, and explained why, when they could have just charged me the original quote and I would have been none the wiser!

Fantastic team. Quality and service at its finest. Friendly and professional. Never had any problems with their work and always honest. Today for example my car had its MOT and service, my mum gave me a lift to pick up my car. On route her exhaust slipped. On arrival they took mums car in and fixed the exhaust, I don’t think any other garage would do that. Thanks team.
